Refund Policy
Returns
Our refund policy allows returns within 15 days from the delivery date. If 15 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Within the 15-day return period, you may request a return for any reason — no explanation required under our refund policy.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In the same condition as received
- In their original product packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
For food safety and quality assurance reasons, opened consumable products are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email infobobatein@gmail.com with your order number.
In some cases, we may be able to resolve the issue without requiring a return.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label. Returned items must be shipped within 30 days of receiving the return approval. Proof of shipment (tracking number or shipping receipt) is required.
As outlined in our refund policy, refunds will be processed only after the returned package has been received and inspected.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective. If a refund is approved, any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange the item for a different product, please return the unused item in accordance with the conditions above and place a new order separately.
All exchanges are subject to product availability.
Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items, promotional items, clearance products, and limited-time offers are final sale unless otherwise required under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.
Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed according to our refund policy.
You may choose either:
- Store credit
- Refund to your original payment method
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Refunds to the original payment method may take approximately 3–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
This refund policy applies to all eligible purchases made through Bobatein’s online store.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the processing timeframe:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or financial institution, as processing times may vary
